Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• Unix, DB (Oracle & MongoDB), Kafka, MQ, OpenShift (ECS), Mainframe (JCL, COBOL, VSAM)
• Tools: ITRS, Autosys, AppDynamics, Kibana, Grafana, ServiceNow

Roles & Responsibilities

• Good knowledge in Unix and Oracle.
• Good experience in production support environment.
• Able to provide application team support for code deployment and any other issues.
• Experienced with ServiceNow, Grafana, APPD monitoring, Kibana, OpenShift.
• MongoDB knowledge is an advantage.
