Production Supervisor

Overview

Position summary: Reporting to Operations management, the production supervisor is responsible for coordinating and supervising repair and touch-up activities on the aircraft assembly line. The role manages an aircraft assembly team and ensures interventions are completed on schedule while meeting company standards for quality, safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Organize production activities and manage a team of approximately 20 workers to meet forecasts and maximize available resources;
• Coordinate aircraft repair and touch-up interventions according to production priorities and customer needs;
• Ensure work complies with technical specifications and the company's quality standards;
• Work closely with other departments to resolve technical and logistical issues;
