Job Description
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate the production teams from the Feeders area to the Final Assembly area of Bravos Plant.
- Interface closely with all manufacturing support functions.
- Promote and lead the mindset change from a project environment to a production environment across the Bravos Plant.
- Supervise and coordinate activities of supervisors and collaborators to comply with the goals of the Hi5 metrics: TRCR, CONC, OTD, DOH, Flex Productivity.
- Assume responsibility for all production activities across multiple production areas and accept accountability for delivering Key Performance Goals/Targets established.
- Serve as an integral member of the extended Staff Team and contribute to the development of the Site's strategies and annual goals and objectives.
- Monitor and control the KPIs of the production areas (FPY, Production Plan adherence, hourly rate, efficiency, downtime) and act as needed.
