Production Operator

Responsibilities

• Perform on-the-job training as required.
• Support ongoing plant initiatives including 5S, TS 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Must be able to perform all operations and processes in assigned work center.
• To communicate all quality, safety and customer satisfaction issues in a timely manner.
• Must notify supervisor/TL of any issues at occupied station by utilizing the ANDON process.
• Perform all tasks as per ODS and perform in station repairs as required.
• Ensure all safety and non-safety plant rules and regulations are followed.
• Ensure adherence to established quality and housekeeping standards.
• Taking appropriate corrective action when substandard performance is observed.
• Must be able to perform the assembly work to the established line cycle time and quality expectations.
