Key Responsibilities:
• Operate and monitor production equipment following SOPs
• Handle raw materials through staging, mixing, and forming
• Adjust process parameters for consistent product quality
• Perform in-process checks maintaining strict quality standards
• Support sanitation and line changeovers as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Comfort with operating automated production machinery
