Job Purpose
Oversee the manufacturing of products(excludes ASC) according to specifications. 根据规格要求监督产品(非ASC)的生产。
Drive HSE policy/processes and government regulations implementation in workshop to achieve the HSE targets and ensure TRR =0 during the routine operation and % compliance to government regulation. 推动公司各项安全政策和流程在生产部的实施，以实现安全绩效目标，确保在日常运营中TRR=0以及%政府合规。
Ensure the production capacity & productivity to meet business demand, and achieve the operation performance targets on OTIF, quality and Cost. 确保生产能力和效率满足业务需求，并实现运营在按时足量交付、质量和成本方面的绩效目标。
Complete the actions for customers’ audit and quality system certification audit to ensure the QA compliance. 完成客户审核和质量体系审核的相关行动项，确保流程符合体系认证。
