Production Manager

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coordinate, and direct through Supervisors the production functions of the plant by setting expectations and monitoring delegated activities.
• Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring that all safety and environmental procedures and regulations are followed.
• Develop production plans that minimize raw material cost while maximizing productivity; oversee the production planning and scheduling functions.
• Initiate improvements to remove bottlenecks, improve quality, and lower costs including Lean, employee training, capital improvements, maintenance (TPM, PM improvements), validating costing data, downtime analysis, production line modifications (3P’s) and the addition of new capabilities.
