Job Overview
- Lead programs aimed at reducing costs and increasing efficiency, and prepare and analyze departmental budgets.
- Work efficiently to establish a culture that guarantees all levels are carrying out their responsibilities utilizing standard work by using Lean Six Sigma.
- Encourage and carry out associate development initiatives to improve each associate’s proficiency with Lean principles and frameworks.
