Production Performance:
Achieve and sustain ≥80% labour efficiency across all production lines within 12 months while supporting capacity growth targets.
Schedule Execution:
Deliver ≥95% Master Production Schedule (MPS) adherence on a rolling 3‑month basis through disciplined daily production control and escalation.
