Focus: The Production Manager is responsible for the safe, reliable, and cost-effective operation of the production unit. This role ensures that manufacturing objectives are achieved in compliance with environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards, regulatory requirements, and corporate performance expectations. The Production Manager leads a team of operators, engineers, and frontline leaders to drive continuous improvement, optimize production, and develop future manufacturing talent
