Production Employee

Production Employees are the backbone of our mills. They ensure safe and efficient production of plywood and veneer, creating materials that build homes and communities.

We’re looking for Production Employees to join our Heffley Creek Division in Kamloops, British Columbia.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Demonstrated commitment to working safely.
• Experience in a production or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with little supervision.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding industrial environment.
• Reliable transportation to the site, as the work location is not accessible by transit.
• Previous experience in a forest products industry is considered an asset.
