About the Role
As a Production Coordinator you support every corner of our supply chain – from inspecting shipments and assembling product, to picking inventory and shipping orders. Your work ensures each piece of jewellery meets the high standard our clients expect.
What You’ll Do
- Process, review, and inspect supplier and internal shipments against H&B and contracted quality standards.
- Identify, document, and raise quality concerns when standards are not met.
- Record inspection results and maintain quality documentation.
- Assemble H&B jewellery, ensuring correct packaging, labelling, and tagging.
- Pick raw inventory and prepare production kits.
