About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Production Coordinator to support our production team. This role is central to ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations both in the office and on set. You’ll work closely with the Production Manager and Head of Production to keep schedules on track, facilitate communication, and manage key logistics.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and distribute call sheets, production schedules, scripts, and revisions
- Organize travel, accommodations, and transportation logistics
- Maintain production documents, crew lists, and contact databases
- Process onboarding paperwork, deal memos, etc.
- Support permitting, location coordination, and compliance requirements as needed
