About The Role
As a Product Support Technician, you play a key role in ensuring that our products perform at the highest level in real-world conditions. You will work both in the field and in the shop, supporting dealers and customers with installations, troubleshooting, and technical expertise. This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same — combining technical work, customer interaction, and travel across the U.S.
