Product Support Specialist, Repairs

The Product Support Specialist, Repairs will troubleshoot and repair infusion pumps in clinical settings, diagnose technical problems, and perform preventive maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to external customers for proprietary software & hardware issues.
• Perform reactive and proactive preventive maintenance on infusion pumps.
• Own service orders and ensure escalation processes are followed.
• Interview customers to collect information on known issues and lead diagnostic procedures.
• Log and track all service order activity in SAP ECC, Salesforce and maintain service history records.
• Consult with advanced team members to understand software and hardware errors.
• Clean, maintain, and restore equipment to manufacturer specifications.
• Assist with picking and packing of medical equipment.
