Overview

HCL Tech is looking for a Product Manager.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Define and communicate product strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to gather requirements and prioritize features.
• Utilize Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) to manage product development.
• Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies and ensure adherence to SDLC processes.
• Engage with clients and sponsors to understand needs and communicate product vision.
• Apply prioritization techniques to manage backlog and deliver high‑impact features.
• Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure alignment between product goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead product launches and coordinate go‑to‑market strategies.
• Other duties as assigned by leadership.
