Product Designer (Internal Tools)

Requirements

• We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role
• If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement
• 5+ years of product design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates strong UX thinking, clear visual craft, and an ability to navigate ambiguity
• Experience designing tools for complex or data-heavy workflows: internal tools, developer tools, ops platforms, or similar are a strong plus
• Comfortable working across the full design process: you can lead discovery, write a problem brief, design and prototype, and ship without needing every step handed to you
• Strong systems thinker: you naturally look for patterns, reusable components, and structural solutions rather than one-off fixes
