Make a difference in public transit at Kenaidan Murphy Joint Venture as a Procurement Coordinator for the Toronto Transit Commission. Engage in managing vendor prequalification and procurement workflow to enhance Bloor-Yonge station.
In this role, you'll collaborate with project teams on the Bloor-Yonge Capacity Improvements Project to ensure compliance and efficiency through strong vendor relationships. Attend to procurement document control systems and support the preparation of RFP packages, playing a key role in achieving transit modernization objectives across the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the prequalification of vendors according to project plans
• Track Confidentiality Agreements from vendors before RFPQ release
• Assist in preparing RFPQ packages for distribution
• Support evaluations of RFPQ submissions alongside the Procurement Manager
• Document and communicate final evaluation results for RFPQs
