Procurement Administrator

Precision Well Servicing is currently seeking a Procurement Administrator to join our team!

This position will be based out of our Red Deer facility. Our teams have returned to our office facilities, and remote work is not available for this role.

What will you do?

• Responsible for day‑to‑day processing of purchase order requests from creation through to completion
• Review and process receiving documents in accordance with Precision's policies and procedures
• Adhere to policies and procedures surrounding spending limits and approval allowances
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure smooth processing of the company's transactions
• Maintain regular communication with Field Employees and Vendors to support operational requirements
