Processor Document

**Job Summary**
The Document Processor is responsible for accurate and timely production of mortgage closing documentation for purchases of Vacation Ownership Interests as well as documentation for Explorer purchases.
They are responsible for the verification of term sheets to ensure accuracy, process, and review FICO scores (if applicable) to determine financial terms (if applicable) are accurately entered in the SUN system to produce documentation for purchaser to sign.
They are responsible for collection of deposits and escrow balancing on a daily basis.
Maintains a professional and personal image that upholds the Company standards of integrity, quality and service to internal and external customers.
**Expected Contributions**
- Prepares contracts as submitted by on-site sales in accordance with business rules.
