Process Team Manager

OVERVIEW

You are an engineer/technologist with leadership experience in a fast‑paced, complex manufacturing operation. You have a proven track record and a strong mechanical aptitude, excellent analytical thinking and problem‑solving skills and a drive for continuous improvement. You enjoy a challenge and have the energy and vision to recognize and implement improvement opportunities both independently and as part of a team with members of all levels of an organization.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accountable for identifying and implementing improvements in process equipment throughput, quality, safety and efficiency.
• Manage day‑to‑day issues and operations in the refinery.
• Work closely with operational personnel to understand problems, perform troubleshooting and develop solutions together.
