Elevate operational efficiency as a Fixed Term Process Operator in the bottling sector. Ensure OEE levels exceed 85% while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining equipment.
This role focuses on offering technical and operational support primarily to the operations group. You will be responsible for operating and maintaining various equipment, facilitating efficient production, and addressing any operational issues. Flexibility is key, as this position requires working across shifts, including nights and weekends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain an OEE level at or above 85%
• Operate forklifts and bottling machinery efficiently
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure product standards
• Execute daily management system checks and adjustments
• Record downtime accurately in the EIT system
Requirements:
• Year 12 completion or relevant trade qualification
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing
