Process Leader for Biogas Facility
Job Description
Join the Regional Municipality of York as a Process Leader for a biogas facility in Ontario. This full-time, on-site position focuses on ensuring stable operations and continuous improvement in the anaerobic digestion process.
The Process Leader will play a crucial role in monitoring and optimizing plant performance. Responsibilities include adjusting process parameters, conducting SCADA reviews, and leading a small team to meet operational targets. You'll collaborate with engineering and technical teams, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations while driving performance improvement across the facility.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize anaerobic digestion process parameters
• Review SCADA systems and perform site audits
• Troubleshoot deviations in processes and equipment
• Support a process team including EITs and lab technicians
• Communicate performance metrics to track KPIs
Requirements:
• Qualification in biology, chemistry, or related field
