Process Engineer

Location: Mississauga, ON, CA

Pay Range: $80,000–$95,000 annually

Working Schedule:

On-site
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Availability to occasionally support off‑shift production activities when required.

Job Summary

As a Process Engineer, you will provide technical expertise and leadership to support safety, quality, productivity, and cost performance across our extrusion manufacturing operations. You will work closely with production teams to troubleshoot processes, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and support capital projects that improve plant performance. This position reports directly to the Continuous Improvement Manager.
