Process Engineer – Flare and Overpressure Relief Systems
Location: Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta, Canada
Job Description
We are seeking a Process Engineer to support flare and overpressure relief systems design and risk assessment for projects in the petroleum refining, upgrading and petrochemical sectors.
- Perform PRV and PVSV sizing calculations, maintaining strong knowledge of overpressure relief scenarios and hydraulic processes.
- Lead and facilitate risk assessment sessions for project plant changes, including PHAs, HAZIDs/HAZOPs, facility siting/layout studies, bowties, LOPAs, HEMP and other process safety risk studies.
- Provide guidance to EPC contractors on the preparation of detailed equipment specifications.
