Objective of the position
The objective of the position is to further develop, industrialize, and sustainably stabilize production-related process technologies for bonding processes.
The role acts as a technical expert and production-oriented process owner, ensuring robust, capable, and standardized manufacturing processes throughout development, acquisition, industrialization, and series production, while supporting the company's strategic, quality, cost, and performance targets.
Responsibilities
Adaption of development and production topics in process development for gluing technologies according to SEP guideline.
Creation and further development of documentation (e.g., process data acquisition, mind map, validation plan, continuous data recording during the development phase).
