Process Automation Engineer

Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled engineer responsible for designing, building, and maintaining workflows using native Jira Service Management (JSM), Jira, and Confluence tools and APIs to streamline processes, integrate systems, and reduce manual work. The role focuses on leveraging automation to improve teamwork and operational clarity. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable applications in a fast‑paced, agile environment. Minimum 3-5 years of experience required.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Design & Implementation:

Creating complex automation rules (triggers, conditions, actions) for JSM, Jira, and Confluence.

Integration:

Connecting Atlassian products with external tools (Slack, Teams, Salesforce) using webhooks and APIs.

Scripting & Development:

Using Python, PowerShell, or REST APIs for custom automation and integrations.
