Responsibilities

• Build relationships and sell products to industrial, commercial and other qualified customers.
• Provide outstanding customer service by sharing product knowledge across store departments and developing professional customer relationships.
• Act as a sales associate on the floor, keeping work area clean and organized.
• Prospect new business (minimum 25% of time) on the sales floor and with customers in-store.
• Develop one-on-one relationships with Pro customers and anticipate their needs based on their line of business.
• Use sales techniques to up-sell, add-on sell and close sales; create and process quotes; handle orders via fax, phone and counter; communicate order details to Pullers and Delivery Will Call Coordinators.
