Privacy, AI Governance & Digital Compliance Legal Director

Position Overview

To design, lead and continuously evolve the company’s global Group Privacy Program, AI, and digital regulatory strategy by establishing and overseeing an integrated governance framework. The role provides expert legal and regulatory guidance, builds operational capabilities, and partners cross-functionally to translate complex global requirements into practical controls, processes, and business-aligned solutions.

The dormakaba Group Privacy Program encompasses both internal and external dimensions, including employee privacy and internal compliance processes, as well as customer, product, vendor, and regulatory privacy requirements.

What you will do

• Global Data Privacy Governance : lead and evolve the enterprise-wide privacy framework; provide strategic advice across GDPR, CCPA, PIPL, LGPD and other global regimes; oversee privacy-by-design implementation across business and product lifecycle.
