This strategic role within the Customer Success department focuses on enhancing customer loyalty, fostering long‑term relationships, and providing global leadership to ensure successful deployment, adoption, and continuous improvement of solutions. The position involves close collaboration with various departments to deliver value to customers and maintain leadership in digital reality solutions for the mining industry.
