Native Counselling Services of Alberta (NCSA) is a long‑standing Indigenous organization, committed to providing culturally relevant and holistic support services for individuals requiring assistance and direction to address personal issues. We require individuals to work in our housing and correctional facilities as security ensuring the safety of individuals and communities.

Responsibilities

• To monitor and observe the static and dynamic security functions to ensure the care and well‑being of residents, also the safety of the staff and community.
• Responsible for supporting individuals in their self‑growth in a safe, healthy environment.
• To assist individuals who are working on their realistic case plans to address barriers, advocate for residents when necessary.

Qualifications
