Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Summary & Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient primary care for patients across all age groups

• Perform office-based procedures: EKG, spirometry, mole/wart removal, pap smears, IUD placement, and wellness exams

• Use EMR system (Amazing Charts) efficiently

• Collaborate with assigned administrative and medical assistant support

• Maintain a patient-centered approach while managing a personalized patient panel

• One weekend shift per month required

• Start within 3 months of hire

• Practice locations include: Upper West Side, Lincoln Square, Carnegie Hill, and SoHo (Manhattan)
