Job Description
Under the supervision of the Director of Child & Family Well-Being, the Prevention Partnership Coordinator plays a pivotal role in building and sustaining collaborative initiatives that reduce risks, promote safety, and strengthen community well‑being. This position serves as the bridge between organizations, community partners, and stakeholders—designing, coordinating, and evaluating prevention programs that address identified needs.
Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, the Coordinator develops strategic partnerships, facilitates training and awareness campaigns, and ensures programs align with best practices and regulatory standards. They monitor program outcomes, gather feedback, and adapt strategies to maximize impact.
