The Opportunity:

We’re looking for a Prep Cook to join our Ken’s Diner team on a full‑time basis. In this role, you are responsible for the preparation of high‑quality food in a timely, efficient, sanitary, and consistent manner under the direction of the Head Chef.

What you’ll do:

• Prepare and plate cold foods following menu guidelines.
• Operate kitchen equipment, including the Rational Oven.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness and meet safety/sanitation standards.
