• Effectively manage all areas of the sales department, including wholesale, retail, purchasing, and inventory.
• Drive business through a high-level of involvement in day-to-day operations.
• Establish trust among customers to build a strong network of clientele and prospects.
• Lead the negotiation process, ensuring customers understand their vehicle purchase options and pricing.
