Practice Lead - Community Services

We’re seeking a Practice Lead, Community Services to promote and enhance practice development across programs. You will champion therapeutic, relational approaches and ensure best practice frameworks are embedded in everyday work. Working closely with leaders and frontline teams, you’ll guide practice development, support reflective learning, and uplift capability across organisation.  

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Manager to drive high-quality, contractually compliant practices across service areas, ensuring continuous improvement and alignment with governance frameworks.
