You will lead a rotating team while handling hands-on powder coating and enforcing quality control. This position suits candidates dedicated to achieving high standards in a Monday to Friday schedule, from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Deliver excellence in all aspects of production and team management.
Key Responsibilities: • Provide comprehensive training for powder coating machinery • Manage production to meet weekly targets effectively • Maintain stringent quality standards with minimal rejects • Organize daily tasks for a team of 1 to 6 • Conduct audits to ensure quality before product release
