Job Description
Portfolio Lead – Overview The Portfolio Lead is responsible for developing and capitalizing on opportunities that lead to long‑term profitable growth for assigned brands or portfolio. This is achieved through consumer and market data analysis that supports the development, recommendation, and implementation of strategies and programs to meet business objectives across the portfolio.
Based in Bolton, the role requires regular in‑office collaboration, but also offers flexibility to support business outcomes and personal needs, including remote work.
Key Responsibilities
Demand Leadership
– Lead cross‑functional Integrated Growth Platform (IGP); drive functional alignment of growth plans across Marketing, Customer Excellence and Strategic Revenue Management; develop and champion an Integrated Growth Plan leveraging pricing, promotion, distribution, assortment, PPA and innovation.
