The Shipping Operations Lead owns daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring quality and organization. You will coordinate schedules and manage team performance, ensuring a smooth flow of goods. A hands-on leader with warehouse experience will thrive in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage shipping department contacts and issue resolution
• Plan daily workloads and staff schedules effectively
• Schedule dock operations based on availability
• Track all shipments to meet client deadlines
• Oversee the unloading and loading of trucks
Requirements:
• Over 2 years in a shipping or distribution role
• Bilingual in both English and French
• Proficient with WMS and RF technology
• Strong organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
