Ironwood Modular Solutions is looking for a plumbing supervisor to lead a team in our new modular manufacturing facility. We offer year-round employment in a controlled environment, a company bonus plan, an overtime top-up of $3/hr, and a minimum of 3 weeks paid vacation.

Key Responsibilities

Assign tasks and balance workloads to meet daily output targets.

Coach, mentor, and performance-manage team members; conduct toolbox talks and skills training.

Review plan sets for accuracy.

Ensure correct assembly from shop drawings, blueprints, and schematics.

Adhere to applicable codes.

Complete quality control checks.

Maintain safe work practices for team.

Strive to improve efficiency and quality.
