**UW Facilities Maintenance & Construction has an outstanding opportunity for a temporary Plumber (Plumber/Pipe/Steamfitter) to join their team. This position is expected to be 1 year.**
**About this opportunity**
Reporting to the supervisor and lead, this position is responsible for performing journey-level plumbing work in the maintenance, repair and construction of a wide variety of complex and sophisticated plumbing systems. The position supports the safe and reliable operation of campus infrastructure and works collaboratively with supervisors, other trades, contractors, and campus partners to deliver high-quality plumbing services in support of the University community.
This is a full-time position (not telework eligible), reporting to the Southwest Zone of the Seattle Campus.
Work schedule: M-F, 6:55am to 3:25pm.
