Title: Platform Administration Profisee MDM

Responsibilities

• Administer and support the Profisee MDM platform across development, test and production environments
• Monitor and manage
  • MDM batch jobs, workflows and publishing processes
  • Data loads, survivorship processing and match merge execution
• Configure and maintain
  • Entity models, hierarchies, and attributes as designed by the MDM Product Owner
  • Security roles, permissions and access controls
• Troubleshoot MDM processing failures, data issues and integration errors
• Coordinate upgrades, patches and environment refresh in partnership with vendors and infrastructure teams
