Position: Plastic Technician – Day Shift (Open)

Job Description

Day Shift – 7:00 am – 3:30 pm.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the set up, monitoring and troubleshooting of blow molding, injection molding, or extrusion molding machinery.
• Perform routine machine set up and changeovers between production runs, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal downtime. Communicate machinery issues to maintenance.
• Operate and monitor basic plastic molding and extrusion equipment, ensuring optimal performance during production. Follow standard operating procedures with minimal customization.
• Monitor the production process using established checklists and inspection tools. Adjust machines within preset limits to maintain product consistency and efficiency.
• Perform routine maintenance duties, including cleaning and basic adjustments to machinery.
