Plant Operations Supervisor/Technologist

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide advanced leadership and coordination of production operations to achieve company objectives for safety, quality, productivity, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Responsible for fostering and enforcing a strong culture of safety, environmental compliance, and operational discipline, including proactive hazard identification and mitigation.
• Accountable to the Production Manager for production, shipping, bagging, and operational coordination activities within the Plant.
• Provide leadership coverage during off‑hours (nights, weekends, holidays), including real‑time response to plant upsets, outages, and emergency situations.
• Provide technical and operational support across production, maintenance, and automation functions, including acting as a backup resource for production and automation leadership when required.
