Job Description
The Plant Manager is responsible for leading all manufacturing activities in a plastics industry plant, ensuring achievement of production, quality, safety, and efficiency targets. The role includes managing a team of managers and employees, driving operational excellence initiatives, continuous process improvement, and embedding a strong culture of safety and quality.
+ Manage and lead all production operations in the plant, including planning, monitoring, and executing production plans.
