Planning Coordinator

At Vertiv, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Planning Coordinator to join our team in Sorocaba and support our supply chain operations.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment , with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate demand planning and material requirements through MRP
• Manage purchase orders and planning data with accuracy and attention to detail
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure product availability and on-time delivery
• Support internal and external stakeholders, including customer interactions
• Analyze data and drive improvements in planning processes
• Contribute to continuous improvement and supply chain efficiency
