Responsibilities

• Assist the Planning & Scheduling Manager to update the project schedule or portions of it weekly by analyzing work performed in the field and communicating with the operations group to obtain schedule update information (actual start/finish dates, forecasted start/finish dates, actual progress, changes to schedule logic, additional scopes of work).
• Provide analysis of schedule data to identify key project issues.
• Assist in coordinating schedule inputs from all parts of the project.
• Identify and analyze schedule variances and recommend associated corrective actions.
• Assist the Planning & Scheduling Manager in presenting the project schedule to the client.
• Participate in the development of the work breakdown structure (WBS) and help ensure project coding is effectively used for all applications.
