Piping Stress Engineer

Location: Calgary, Hybrid (3 days in office)

Overview

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Stress Engineer to support piping system design and integrity within oil & gas projects. This role focuses on performing detailed piping stress analysis using industry-leading tools, while collaborating cross-functionally to deliver practical, field-ready engineering solutions.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on engineer who brings a strong technical foundation and a pragmatic, solutions-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform piping stress analysis using tools such as Caesar II and/or AutoPIPE
• Interpret and analyze isometric drawings to support system design accuracy
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and project requirements
• Collaborate closely with design, structural, and project teams to align deliverables
