What will you do?
The Physiotherapist plans, organizes and directs diverse programs of treatment, counseling, screening and education for Ontario Health atHome patients in a variety of settings (in homes and retirement homes).
Primary Responsibilities
- Provides physiotherapy services to Ontario Health atHome patients through initial assessment, identification of problems, establishment of goals and treatment plans, implementation of physio treatment, follow-up and management of patient’s condition.
- Establishes priorities and treatment goals with respect to identified problems and develops methods of achieving these goals.
