Responsibilities

As a Physiotherapist II, you will provide coordination of physiotherapy and other allied health clinical services and supervision of students and team members as assigned. You will work both independently and as part of an interdisciplinary team, providing leadership to other healthcare professionals. You will make day‑to‑day clinical decisions on patient/family needs regarding assessment, intervention, discharge and follow‑up, advise team members on complex clinical cases, and provide clinical leadership to ensure safe, efficient, and effective client care. You will ensure physiotherapy practice is evidence‑based and aligned with Alberta legislation, professional standards of practice, code of ethics, and AHS policy and guidelines.
